Free At Last
Burdens arise that’s hard to get past
One learns not to let it weigh you down
To let go of it to be free at last
Sometimes the journey of life can downcast
Affecting one’s spirit, making one frown
When burdens arise that’s hard to get past
Hard as to you this thing was vast
And even thou in it you did drown
You let go of it to be free at last
To God you learned for help and asked
For with Him your spirit renown
As burdens arise that’s hard to get past
No matter, to Him your never outcast
As He leads you straight without letdown
In letting go of it to be free at last
Hanging onto burdens time can go fast
When burdens arise that’s hard to get past
One turns to God in Him your fears you cast
As you let go of it to be free at last

Thoughts: Sometimes we can get so caught up in something that it becomes a huge burden that can become a hindrance in our spiritual growth. I know, I’ve done just that. Before you know it, from being so wrapped up in it, time has gone by really fast. We do have to go through to get to; but it best to recognize a burden/hinderance in one’s spiritual maturity and let go of it. If a burden is keeping you from getting to where God needs you it’s best to let go of it. In the outcome of letting go, you will feel and become free at last.

A Poem for Thought
I Cry!
Often babies born with defects
Then the parents want to put blame
As each other's fault in directs
Out of this builds shame
I Cry!
A child in school gets rejects
Due being different, not the same
As most others pretends and reflects
Because the child doesn't play the game
I Cry!
A teenager cast aside, others inspects
To their mistakes as to proclaim
As not worthy to societal aspects
To this worthiness then disclaim
I Cry!
A single parent as life affects
This unknown as it became
Others to them giving no respect
As in this struggle their life inflame
I Cry!
A foreigner to a new country expects
A place as one that overcame
A life anew as others suspects
To here to what be the aim
I Cry!
To science given to all intellects
Announcing to revolving be our frame
As thought of creation given rejects
Wondering now, to what be our endgame
I Cry; for, all Humanity!

Thoughts: This poem pretty much speaks for it's self. But here my thoughts:
Bottom line, humanity is getting worse, seems now, by the day. Have we forgotten respect, where did it go? Have we forgotten how to treat each other? Under the eyes of God we are created equal, no matter! "Have we not one Father? Has not one God created us? Why do we treacherously deal with one another" (MAL 2:10. NKJV). And this thing about we having been evolved in believing that simply because we can't scientifically prove creation, a higher being having created us. But, wait, there are many things science has proven that could have only been created by a higher being. Not getting into all that; just check it out, you'd be surprised at these scientific facts if one needs to get scientific."For by Him all things were created in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him" (COL 1:16. NKJV). I believe we are all created equal by a living higher being, God, and Jesus Christ as the Son of God who deemed everyone on the face of the earth as equal. No one is perfect, but we are made stronger in Christ. "My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 COL 12:9. NKJV). What are we doing? Where is humanity heading? Again, I Cry for all Humanity!

Please Pray
I’m asking everyone to pray some time this day. Pray for those infected with this virus. Pray for deaths to stop. Pray for help of those countries deeply affected. Pray for this thing to be extinguished from the face of the earth. Pray for our hearts to open in helping each other through this world wide crisis.
Please God hear our cry, the cry of your creation needs you.
Please all who know prayer makes a difference, bow your heads, clasp your hands, kneel, if only silently pray this day.
Let’s sincerely pray everyone. Prayer does work!
God bless!
Please God hear our cry, the cry of your creation needs you.
Please all who know prayer makes a difference, bow your heads, clasp your hands, kneel, if only silently pray this day.
Let’s sincerely pray everyone. Prayer does work!
God bless!
Biblical Encouragement
Psalm 91 (NKJV)
Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God
Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God
- He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall
abide under the shadow of the Almighty
- I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and fortress;
My God,
in Him I will trust.”
- Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And
from the perilous pestilence.
- He shall cover you with His feathers,
And
under His wings you shall take refuge
His
truth shall be your shield and buckler.
- You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of
the arrow that flies by day,
- Nor of the pestilence that walks in the darkness,
Nor of
the destruction that lays waste by noonday.
- A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten
thousand at your right hand;
But it
will not come near you.
- Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see
the reward of the wicked.
- Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,
Even the
Most High, your dwelling place,
- No evil shall befall you,
Nor
shall any plague come near your dwelling;
- For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep
you in all your ways,
- In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you
dash your foot against a stone.
- You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The
young lion and the serpent you shall trample under foot.
- Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will
set him on high, because he has known My name.
- He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will
be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
- With long life I will satisfy Him, and show him My salvation.
It is hard times for everyone. If you have a loved one affected by this outbreak, it's important to be strong for them and try not to panic; but give them hope. Had a scare myself of a family member, but turns out it was just allergies and had to be strong for her just in case it was the virus. That too, many right now are suffering with allergies and best to understand this in not panicking. Everyone just use precautions and try not to panic; and above all be strong, have faith and pray. Prayer does work!

A Poem for Thought
A Breath of Awakening
One must know to this understanding
In a crisis be a breath of awakening
As to us in knowing He is outstanding
For with His breath He is beckoning
To this virus outbreak He is advancing
Need for Him those that are wavering
Giving understanding to those granting
If in passing to home one is favoring
As for panicking one needs rationing
In knowing to your life He is handling
So why all the anxiety that standing
For in this crisis a breath of awakening
©Doris Elaine
Thoughts: There is so much panic in this Coronavirus outbreak. Some fail to realize God is in charge of our very life for those that allow Him to be your Lord and savior. In understanding and knowing this, there is no need for panic. For if you pass in this crisis you are headed home. And, He will keep you here if He needs you here. Two Bible passages that may help: "Arise, shine, For your light come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you" (Ish. 60:1. NKJV) and "Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light" (Esp. 5:14. NKJV). Have faith, try not to panic; believe in Jesus Christ as the son of God and our savior in this breath of awakening.

A Poem of Thought-Special
The Novel Corona virus outbreak is world wide now and hitting just about every where. Courage and faith is greatly needed and prays for everyone. It is important to keep one's faith in these times of affliction and remember The Lord IS your strength and your faith. Never give up on your faith in the Lord. Faithful in Affliction
Health issues can test one's conviction
Especially when they suddenly befall
Best to stay faithful in affliction
The devil does promote contradiction
In life trying to create a downfall
Because health issues test one's conviction
Don't loose faith in this made friction
As depression aims at your free fall
It's best to stay faithful in affliction
Standing firm you give the devil an eviction
In knowing the Lord on Him you do call
When health issues test one's conviction
Sometimes one's health promotes restriction
In causing one's faith to greatly stall
Always best to stay faithful in affliction
In this He gave life due His crucifixion
As He suffered in health above all
Sometimes health issues test one's conviction
Always best to remain faithful in affliction
©Doris Elaine
Thoughts: It's hard to remain faithful when one is suddenly afflicted with health issues that may affect one the rest of your life; such as, cancer, blood viruses, or many other health issues. God, the Lord does not punish, but He allows in testing of one's faith. He is a just God. Sometimes things happen for a reason and although we may not be able to reason why, there is a reason in His plan for your life. As you can see in the book of Job in the Bible. He was tested through the Lord allowing the devil to afflict Job in many ways; but, Job never gave up his faith. When afflicted with health issues, that's when you need the Lord the most. He will see you through; have faith. It's always best to stay faithful and not give up your faith in the Lord, when afflicted with health issues. "above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one" (Esp. 6:16. NKJV).
